Hepatitis A vaccinations usually consist of a single initial injection and a second dose six to twelve months later. You should be protected for at least 25 years with two doses.
Vaccines protect against hepatitis B for at least 20 years and possibly for life. Those who have completed the three-dose vaccination series usually do not need booster shots.
